Leaving to go overseas for three weeks means I won't have any time to update my blog constantly (not that I've been doing a fine job as of late, but you know what I mean), therefore I thought I'd go on holidays on a good note because I thoroughly enjoy re-creating some of my favourite outfits by my most adored celebrities, so I wanted to make sure I was able to post one up before I go away for three weeks!

In this post of Celebrity Dress-Ups, Nicole wears a basic black fitted long-sleeve top, paired with sky blue skinny jeans, and black pumps.

The candid pic of Nicole shows her styling up the look with a gold cuff on her left arm, a large black Hermes Birkin bag, and large round heavily tinted sunglasses. As it is

Seeing as Nicole has decided to wear sunglasses, her makeup is unknown, so it's safe to say it's probably just her everyday routine - very minimal and natural.

In this re-created look, I grabbed my sky blue boyfriend jeans and paired it with a similar top from Forever New (but you can basically get these basics anywhere these days!!), and a very similar pair of black pumps.
Instead of pairing it with a plain orange scarf, I wanted to jazz it up a bit with a polka dot scarf, and considering I clearly don't have the funds for a Birkin bag, I got an amazing mini replica from Miss Shop for a tiny fraction!

Since we can't technically see Nicole's makeup look, I kept my makeup minimal as majority of the face was covered with the large sunglasses anyway.

So there you have it, a re-created look of Nicole's outfit, with easy and affordable products!

Until my next post,
lots of love,

New In

I bet you smell that, it's the beauty of retail therapy!

As usual, this post was not purchased in one go (although, that is the dream for some of us, to release our frustrations through an immense workout of retail therapy), this was accumulated through weeks and weeks (well, actually months) of frustration released through shopping.

I know I really need to slow down (or close-to stop) because I'm leaving to go overseas in a little under a week, and obviously a little more than enough shopping will happen while I'm over there (- yikes!) but for some odd reason, I just can't stop, so thus, a new blog post of my collective spendings.

So, what damage did you do lately?

Until my next post,
lots of love,
Danica xo
