What's In My Bag

Hi girls!
Ta-daaaaa! Another version of a What's In My Bag!
First thing's first, I got this bag on sale at Temt and I was so stoked because it's a bit more of a chic-er version of a shopping tote and for only $9.95? Had to get it! The colour makes it a neutral bag that goes with anything and everything in my wardrobe.
So, here are the contents of what's currently in my bag:

  • Sportsgirl umbrella: This umbrella is massive. It can probably fit like 3 or 4 people under it, unlike other travel-sized umbrellas. I've wanted a Sportsgirl umbrella for a while, but couldn't decide on whether I wanted one of those large transparent ones or this, so when I walked into the store the other day and saw this was on 20% off, I figured I might as well buy it as it fits perfectly in my purses.
  • Clutch-lookalike wallet: I bought this from Valleygirl and have gotten many compliments about it ever since. It's so functional and handy for me as I have a lot of card and it has so many pockets and slips.
  • Polka dot Mount Franklin water bottle: It originally says it's 'lightly sparkling' water, but I actually emptied it out and just replaced it with tap water. Naughty, I know. But it's too pretty to chuck away! Well done, Mount Franklin.
  • My iPhone 4 wrapped in its super cute Forever New mint green bumper: How could I not have my lovely iPhone in my purse?
  • Loose powder: Branded by Face of Australia, I always carry this so that I could do frequent touch-ups while I'm out.
  • Powder brush: Branded by ecotools, I obviously carry this for my loose powder.
  • Liquid eyeliner: Branded by Models Prefer, I always carry this to make sure I can touch up my lids for when it gets smudged or whatever while I'm out.
  • Maybelline's Baby Lips chapstick: This cute limited edition is my absolute fave and smells absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend these lip balms.
  • Vaseline: A back up to my lip balm. Second best thing.
  • Pocket tissues: Kleenex have the softest tissues so I always carry a small pocket tissue in my bag for those unfortunate days or times.
  • Perfume: I got this Zara Red perfume as a birthday gift and I looooove how it smells. I don't wear loads of perfume so one small spray from this will last you hours and hours.
  • My watch: Looks like a Casio though is anything but a Casio. I don't keep this in my bag, I'm usually wearing it, but when I emptied out my bag it was in there so I figured oh what the hey, just chuck it in the picture.
Well, that's currently all that's inside my bag.
Enjoy!

Weekly Wishlist: December 23-29

Belated Merry Christmas, lovelies!
I've been sick ever since Christmas Eve, so I've been in bed and resting ever since then. Don't think a silly cold/flu is going to stop me from creating a blog post. At least one this week would be good for my health, I reckon.
This week I am wishing for:
  1. Glassons sequin bra. New Years Eve is coming up and everytime I think of New Years, all I think of is sparkles, sequins and glitter. This sequin bra would look great under a chiffon long sleeve button up top.
  2. Ally Fashion sequin skater skirt. Okay, sequins and skater skirts? Too much perffffffectness! Again, I found this and immediately thought, so great for New Years!
  3. Rubi Shoes quilted heels. I'm a big believer in Chanel. I'm a huge lover of Chanel. So these incredible heels reminded me so much of Chanel, and I immediately fell in love. I need these!
  4. Colette by Colette Hayman 32 colour lipgloss palette. I've been obsessing over this since I first saw it in stores. I love lipsticks, so this was basically lipstick heaven for me. I hope this doesn't run out before I get my howling self to the shops.
  5. Colette by Colette Hayman Gabriella tote bag. In my opinion, for affordable handbags, Colette by Colette Hayman have probably the best bags, in the most styles and colours.
  6. Ally Fashion floral crop jeans. The mixture of colours are absolutely my type. I fell in love with these pants so quickly, and they're crop too, so that means they're the perfect size for my shorty self.
Happy shopping!
Attack all of those boxing day sales for me, girls!
Enjoy!

Style Tip: Christmas Outfit Ideas

Hey stylish girls!
As Christmas is only two days away (yay it's Christmas eve tomorrow!!!!!), I thought I would create a blog post giving you Christmas outfit ideas incorporating the traditional Christmas colours of red and green. I was going to do a yellow one but I don't have any nice yellow items of apparel.
Let's get started!

Dress: Temt
Shoes: Rubi Shoes
Earrings: Lovisa
Bracelet: Forever New
Watch: Diva

Option number one: Fashion Savvy
If you want to be the most stylish girl at the party, then wearing a fitted body con dress is perfect for you!
The brightness of the red on this dress gives it that little Christmas feel.
This outfit is dedicated to the fashionable girls at the party.
Style tip: to make it an extra glam outfit, wear your hair in a top knot bun or in luscious waves and put on your best and most red lippy. Nothing says 'glam' more than red lips!
You can inherit stacks and stacks of jewelry to make a statement.

Sweater: Mink Pink
Shorts: Chicabooti
Shoes: Factorie
Necklace: Diva
Rings: Valleygirl
Watch: Diva

Option number two: Pastel Perfect
If you love pastel and girly chic outfits, then this little number is going to look super cute on you.
The mix of mint greens and pastel pinks give it a cute candy cane feel to it.
This outfit is dedicated to the candy chic girls at the party.
Style tip: use a 1 inch hair curler to wave your locks, and then convert it into a low ponytail, in an imperfect way.
You can inherit some opaque tights under the shorts (even better if your tights have some cute hearts or polka dots on them).

Top: Chicabooti
Pants: Red Berry
Shoes: Rubi Shoes
Necklace: Cotton On
Bracelet: Diva
Ring: Birthday gift
Watch: Dotti

Option number three: Pants Pants Revolution
If you basically live in pants, day and day out, this style savvy pant outfit idea is just for you!
This top is backless with pretty floral bows going all the way down to tie it together. The burst of red on the front of the top gives it the Christmas feel.
This outfit is dedicated to the girls who live in pants at the party.
Style tip: wear your hair in a pretty fishtail braid, and throw it to the side as a side fishtail braid.
You can inherit some flats instead of heels, if you're going to be doing a lot of standing and/or walking.

So there's my Christmas Outfit Ideas post. Hope you got some ideas!
Enjoy!
